It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Eugenia Bell of Conway, Arkansas, born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Steuart and Christine Steuart; her husband Elwood Bell; her brother Charles'Tommy'Steuart; her sister-in-law Anne; and her nephew Steven Steuart.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen; her son-in-law John Dixon; her grandson Alex Dixon; and her niece Beth Brennan. She is also survived by her family; and countless friends and strangers.
