It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charletha W. Harper of Conway, Arkansas, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Andrew Wright and Lorean Fletcher (Harris). She is survived by: her husband Arnez Harper; her daughters, Charnesha Brown (Bryant) and Chelsia Whitfield (Bernard); and her grandchildren, Rachel, Braylyn, Bailey, Simmiya, Kameryn and Braxton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
