He was predeceased by: his wife Reba Mae Hart (Davis); his son Dave Edward Hart; his brothers, Vernon and Walter "Cotton" Hart; and his granddaughter Lori Nicole Chambers.

He is survived by: his children, Mickey Hart (Marilyn) of Conway and Margaret Chambers (Tony) of England; and his brother Loren Hart of Russellville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter and many nephews, nieces, and special friends.
