He is survived by: his wife Freda; his daughters, Carla Owen Blackwell (Andy) of Conway and Patricia Owen Sullivan of Conway; his grandchildren, Chase Blackwell (Lauren) of Conway, John Blackwell (JT) of Conway and Taylor Sullivan of Conway; and his great grandchildren, Gray Blackwell and Baylor Blackwell of Conway.
