She was predeceased by: her parents, Dazerine Terry Malcum and Homer Lee Brown; and her siblings, Douglas Malcum and Louise Nelson. She is survived by: her son DeCarlos Blacklock; and her siblings, Sharon Sisk of Conway, Evelyn Easterwood of Friendship, Donna Malcum of Houston, Myra Everette (Bobby) of Pottsville, Arkansas, Preston Brown of Kansas City, Kenneth Brown of Houston and Timothy Wayne Brown (Cynthia) of Thomasville, Georgia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Veasley Funeral Home (1111 Harkrider St, Conway, AR 72032). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church (38 Hill Loop, Houston, AR 72070).
