He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Hayes of Fort Smith; his granddaughter Kelley Hayes of Fort Smith; his sister Janice Wallace of Springfield; and his caregivers, Courtney, David, Dee, Melissa Hight, Catelynn Abbott and Collins.
