He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. Hoggard and Estell Hoggard; his wife Rena Hoggard; and his sisters, Selma Wooley, Jessie Lee Glover and Joann Whitaker.
He is survived by: his brother Tommy Hoggard of Conway; his children, Glen Hoggard (Denise) of Little Rock and Diane Jackson of Conway; his grandchildren, Jai Stephenson (Chad) of Greenbrier, Taylor Harrington (Brandon) of Little Rock, Hank Hoggard of Bella Vista and Hal Hoggard of Little Rock; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Hadlee Stephenson and Judah Harrington.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (150 Amity Rd, Conway, AR 72032). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Central Baptist College Bill Hoggard Endowed Scholarship, 1502 College Ave., Conway, AR, 72034.
