She was predeceased by: her father Charles Gurley; her stepfather Tommy Fountain; and her sister Debbie Gurley. She is survived by: her husband Bill Holt; her mother Patsy Fountain; her sister Suzy Seagraves (David); and her children, Lori Ann Gregory, Sarah Holt Bruce, Mary Duncan (Shannon) and Josh Holt (Jessica). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Salem UMC in Conway, or Scottish Right Children's Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
