She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sidney Izard, Sr. and Emma Arminta Hipp Izard; and her brother John David Izard. She is survived by: her husband Bob Ramsey; her children, Steven D. Ramsey and Ellen Cook (Randy) of Conway, AR; her grandchildren, Stephanie Buckley (John), Sarah Hurley (Will), David Ramsey, Jessica Muffley (Rob) and Tessa Cook; her great grandchildren, Samantha Hurley, Robert Muffley, Emmett Muffley and Ethan Buckley; and her siblings, Dr. Ralph S. Izard, Mark Izard (Carolyn), Van Izard (Lori) and Mary Ann Hopson.
