She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Hancock and Mary Hancock; her husband James A. Pelley; her sons, James A. Pelley Jr., Ronald T. Pelley and Jessie D. Pelley; and her siblings, Guy Hancock, Harlin Lee Hancock, Shelby Hancock, Ray Hancock, Flossie Beard, Mabel Pigg and Violet Horton.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Scott Pelley (Laura) of Greenbriar and Hunter Pelley of Mountain Home; her great grandchildren, Tyler Pelley, Savannah Pelley, Madison Pelley, Morgan Pelley Megan Pelley and Noah Pelley; her great great grandchild Briley Dey; and her sister Betty Patrick of Wagoner.
