She is survived by: her husband Maurice Shirley, Sr.; her children, Patricia Murray, Maurice Shirley, Jr. (Julie), James Shirley (Stephanie), Martha Gentry-Couch, Carol Shirley, Cheryl Shirley and Wendell Blackburn; and her siblings, Bettie Jagiello, Sue Frazier, Carolyn Davis, Kathy Girndt, Linda O'Bright and Timothy Carmichael. She is also survived by her husband, loving her children and grandchildren.
