She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blankenship and Wilma Blankenship (Lindsey); and her daughters, Carrie Slate and Jennifer Barnett. She is survived by: her husband Michael Lyle; her children, Joe Moon (Audrey), Brand Moon, Neal Moon, Michelle Rochner (Larry) and Shannon Simpson (William); and her brothers, Jim Blankenship (Diane) and Curtis Blankenship (Vicki). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

The Family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in her honor to Second Baptist Church in Conway, Arkansas.
