He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Carl Block and Stanislawa E. Adamczak (Stella); and his siblings, Carl Block of California and Eleanor Gatz of Arizona. He is survived by: his significant other Victoria E. Block; his sisters, Carol Jean Roth and Mildred Drasen (Gerald) of Illinois; and his children, Steven Block (Doreen), Jean Willett (Danny), Teresa Shrum (Matthew), Anthony Block (Michelle) and Frances Block. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
