He is survived by: his wife Daisy Valine; his children, Deborah Tucker, Denese Fuller, Carl and Wayne Cooper; and his brother Robert Cooper. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild besides other relatives and many friends.
