It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Neil Padgett White of Concord, Arkansas, born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on June 7, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Oscar Padgett and Claudia Bell Sharp Padgett; her husband Wilson P. White; her son Wilson Hal White; her grandchildren, Steven P. White and Laura Gattis; and her siblings, Helen Carter, Olive Smith, Almeda Thomas and Murray Padgett.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Beverley White; her sister Mary Padgett DeLoach; and her niece Glenda Tucker (Dwayne).
