He is survived by: his son James Winningham of Concord; his sister-in-law Lois Winningham of Jonesboro; his brother Bob; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Poynter of Maumelle and Ron Munsey of Little Rock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
