He was predeceased by: his wife Evonne Dees Weaver. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Weaver (Chrystal) of Drasco, AR and Richard Weaver of Concord, AR; and his stepsister Sandra of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren: two great-grandchildren and many friends.
