She is survived by: her husband Bill Cooper; her children, Carla Osborn (Troy) of Floral, Ludy Cooper (Cathy) of Concord and Willy Cooper of Concord; her siblings, Dwain Biddle (Vikki) of Plainsfield, James Biddle of Noblesville, Dennis Biddle of Tipton, Indiana, Anita Foulke (Larry) of Sheridan, Charlotte Jennings of Sheridan, Diana Jackson of Atlanta and Floretta Rogers (Roy) of Richmond, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Adam Osborn (Calah), Aaron Osborn (Haelea), Buz Cooper (Maranda), Clifford Cooper, Mikey Cooper, Tori Litaker (Keaton), Cory Cooper and Kody Cooper; and her great grandchildren, Lettie Osborn, Brylee Cooper, Wesley Cooper and Miracle Cooper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
