He is survived by: his former wife Mona Lisa Austin; his wife Lisa Ferguson of Colt; his children, William Tyler Ferguson (Bridget) of Maud, Andrew Wesley Ferguson (Jennifer) of Mechanicsville, Phillip Edward Ferguson (Kathleen) of Oklahoma City and Charla Huff (Tony) of Elizabeth City; his sister Sandra McCormick (David) of Colt; his grandchildren, William Tyler Ferguson Jr. (Amber), Jessica Wolfe (Arron), Kalee Starkey (Clint), Kelsey Ferguson, Makenzie Tharp, Sunnee Dumas, Halson Sisk, Havianna Huff, Malakai Ferguson, Rowan Ferguson and Cameron Ferguson; his great grandchildren, Corbin Starkey and Emmeryn Wolfe; and his goddaughter Brittany Baucom (Caleb) of Rockwall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
