It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosie Jenkins Luker of Colt, Arkansas, born in Wynne, Arkansas, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willie Thomas and Maggie Tapley Thomas; her former husband Bill Jenkins; her husband Oscar 'Hop Luker; her children, Herschel Jenkins of Texas, Michael Jenkins of Forrest City and Ruby Jenkins of Colt; her stepchildren, Forrest Luker of Mountain Home, Jack Luker of Forrest City, Francis Chadwick of Heth and Peggy Partain of Forrest City; her brother Howard Thomas of Wynne; and her daughter Maggie Morris. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
