She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Muirhead and Lucille Hood Muirhead; her husband Michael Kelly Evans Sr.; and her daughters, Kelly Michelle Evans and Kimberly Evans Fryer.
She is survived by: her son Michael Evans, Jr. (Sarah) of Wynne; her grandchildren, Joshua Fryer (Crystal), Kayla Michelle Evans, Michael-Aaron Evans (Bethany) and Kelly Evans; and her great grandchildren, Kimberly, Hunter, Drew, Stella, Leland and Parker.
