It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Estella Rucker of Colt, Arkansas, born in Forrest City, Arkansas, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calhoun England and Lela Mae Stokes England; her husband William "Bill" Rucker; her grandparents, Melvin and Lena Stokes; and her sisters, Louise England and Annie Faye England.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Marie Dye (Carl) of Colt.
