He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Delbert, Jennie Ree Middleton (Jones), Odis and Dottie Mauppin. He is survived by: his parents, Delbert Earley Middleton, Jr. of Hope and Diane Middleton (Mauppin) of Colt; his children, Derek of Fayetteville, Cameron of Fresno, California and Molly of Norman, Oklahoma; and his grandson Ashton Leonard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
