She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl R. Phillips, Sr. and Marie Phillips (Metzger); and her brother Oscar Leroy Phillips. She is survived by: her brothers, Earl Phillips of Coal Hill, AR and Walter James Phillips of Colorado Springs, CO.
