He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Lee Wall and Jetta Spicer Wall; his wife Norma Jean Bowman Wall; his daughter Alicia JoAnn Oliver; and his siblings, Percy Wall, Alabest Ferguson, Russell Wall, Junior Wall and Sarah Doss Highfill.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Bartlett and Robert Wall (Joann); his brother Earl Wall (AnnaBell); his grandchildren, Sonya Walker (Michael), Arron Bartlett, Wesley Oliver, Zach Oliver (Kayla), Tammy Torres and David Torres; and his great grandchildren, Austin Bartlett, Lara Hicks, Ty Oliver and Luke Oliver.
