She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Scott Estep and Elizabeth Nancy Timmons Estep; her husband Onnie Fultz, Jr. (JR); her son-in-law Richard C. LeBow (Rick); and her sister Jeanette Marvel.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Fultz (Elaine) of Clarksville, Arkansas and Kathy Ann LeBow of Fayetteville, Arkansas; her brothers, Richard Estep of Hartman, Arkansas, Carl Estep (Linda) of Hartman, Arkansas and Dean Estep of Beaver Lake, Arkansas; and her brother-in-law Ronnie Marvel. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
