He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis E Mayner and Ila Fay Bankston Mayner; and his sister Judy Chancey. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Floyd (Ben) of Ozark, Debra Stephensen (Millard) of Ozark and Vicki Anderson of Fort Smith; and his aunt Wilma Bankston of Ozark.
