He was predeceased by: his sister Dee Greiner. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn of Clinton; his children, Connie Heimann (Jay) of San Angelo, TX and Rhonda Hance of Greenbrier; his brother Hallis Phillips (Barbara) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Joshua Baber, Andrew Harris, Amber Hodges (Will), Darren Baber, Daniel Harris, Caleb Bowman (Melanie), Gracie Bowman and Stone Phillips; and also, Tonya Wootton (Steve) of Bull Shoals, Leslie Phillips of Clinton and Lee Phillips (Michelle) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
