It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Veda Duncan of Clinton, Arkansas, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Presley Willoughby and Ida Willoughby (Billy Wayne Duncan); and her children, Carolyn Ann Duncan and Ricky Wayne Duncan. She is survived by: her husband Billy Wayne Duncan; her children, Stephen Lloyd Duncan (Martina) and Billie Ann Duncan (Randy); her grandchildren, Zachary Panel, Mercedes Duncan and Alexis Gearhart; her great grandchildren, Ty Duncan, Kingston Duncan and Paisley Gearhart; and her sisters, Judy Roberts and Betty Bellinger.
