He was predeceased by: his siblings, Violet Barton, Teresa Looper, Carlyn Silor, Barbara Treat, Esther Kimbrell Treat and Cecil Treat; and his sons, Johnny Harlin Treat, Cecil Allen Treat, Leta Mae Treat and James Alvin Treat.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Treat; his children, Carl (Pam Treat) of Dermott, Sheila Carlton of Taft, Crystal (Alan Baguley) of Dennard, Kayla Catlett and David Johnson of Booneville; his siblings, Carlin Treat of Maricopa and Regina Nelson of Bakersfield; his grandchildren, Cori (Stephen Drye) of Rison, Jeffrey (Jack) of West Monroe, Brandon (Courtney Carlton) of Taft, Stephanie (Daniel) of Taft, Braden Presnull of Clinton, Gavin Presnull, Kursten Presnull, Morgan Hall and Olivia Baguley of Dennard; and his great grandchildren, Haley Boyd, Lesley Drye, Travis Drye of Rison, Weston Newkuk, Kyndall Newkuk, Ethan Carlton and Tristan Carlton of Taft.
