He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lois Cook Kiehne, Edward Elliott and John D. Elliott; his daughters, Carolyn J. Sims and Joy Elaine Elliott; and his grandson Jason Bradley Boone.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Elliott (Kirkendoll); his children, Connie Tardy (Ed), Cathy Boone (Danny) and Tommy Elliott (Donna); his son-in-law Sammy Sims; and his sister Reva Myrick. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
