He is survived by: his mother Wanda Ivy (Carol Ivy); his daughters, Creller Brooke Fultz (Travis) and Stephanie Jean Kidd (Anthony); his grandchildren, Ashley, Daisy-Rhea, Jolynn, James, Haley, Kinley, Natalie, Nova and Jayden; and his brothers, Stephen Ivy (Lisa) of Copperas Cove and Brian Ivy of Odessa.
