As Shirley departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Shirley leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Moore (Will) and Annabelle Moore (Stephenson); and her husband Raymond Owens. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Bright (Kenny) of Clinton, AR, Laurie Owens of Topeka, KS and Michelle Owens (Dallas Lester) of Beggs, OK; and her sister Sharon Ybarra of Clinton, AR.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Clinton Church of the Nazarene (1664 Hwy 65 S, Clinton, AR 72031). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at the Moore Cemetery.
