She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Hightower and Ester Hightower; and her siblings, Wanda June Hightower, Ruth Hightower, Cecil'Bud'Tilman Hightower and Shirley Hightower.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Willoughby (John) and Zack Blair (Latrisha); her grandchildren, Matthew Huie, Sierra Carrigan, Jamie Love, Brannon Blair and Briar Blair; and her siblings, Violet Jolly, Tonya Hightower, Nell McGuire and Jean Hinshaw. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
