He is survived by: his wife Deniece Sikes; his sons, Michael Sikes (Mary), Bryan Collins (Loretta), Royce Collins (Audrea) and Heith Collins (Angie); his grandchildren, Heather, Nicole, Cassie, Matthew, Christina, Lane, Brooke, Hannah, Destiny, Savannah, Braeton, Sarah, Anna Claire and Braley; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Hayden; his sisters, Debbie Thomas (James) and Betty Wilson (Johnny); and his brother-in-law Jerry Bagley. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
