He is survived by: his wife Jean Underwood (Payne); his children, Jeffery (Karen) of Wooster, Jennifer Clark (Dan) of Colorado Springs and Rebecca Swisher of Columbus, Ohio; his siblings, Herbert (Bonnie) of Tishomingo, Donald (Joyce) of Garland, Albert (Barbara) of Lewisville, James (Ginny) of Commerce, Texas and Judith Sargent of West Jordan, Utah; his sisters-in-law, Opal Underwood of Mesquite and Ann Underwood of San Antonio; and his great grandchild Anne Evans.
