He is survived by: his wife Mildred Rice; his children, Robert Rice, Jr. of Arkadelphia and Kathy Menah of Clinton; his brother Ned Rice of Crossett; his grandchildren, Hillary McCrory, Holden, Hadleigh, Harley Menah, Dillion and Austin Rice; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Kennedy McCrory and Sophia Menah.
Those who are considered high risk, running fever, or recently exposed to COVID-19 are encouraged to stay home to protect themselves and others. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, practice social distancing and refrain from physical contact.
