J. (Marie), Patricia, April, Carl, Trey (Cayley), Warren and Joseph; his great grandchild Maddison Nicole; his child Kayden Lewis; and his siblings, Kay Washam (Larry) of Lillie, Gay Templeton (Mark) of Eldorado, Karon Powell of Gassville, Sharon Hopkins (Gerald) of Cotter, Richard White (Amy) and Rex White (Tammy). He was also cherished by several nephews, one niece, aunts, other relatives and many friends.
