He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dean and Geneva Buttram Dean; his wife Joyce Dean (Manseau); his son-in-law Michael Runion; and his sister Wanda Beard.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Dean (Rhonda) of Carencro, Richard Dean (Cristy) of Shirley and Janet Runion (Joel Kuykendall) of Bee Branch; his brothers, Glenn Dean (Carolyn) of Oregon and Ron Dean (Wendy) of Nevada; his grandchildren, Chris Hines, Brittany Hall, Christian Dean, Chastity Byford, Jake Dean, Rebecca Stafford, Ashley Yatska, Payton Dean and Rylie Dean; and his great grandchildren, Kenzie, Adelyn, Aurora, Beck and Rowan. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
