He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Owens, Sr. and Corrine Cox Owens. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Sherry Bright Clinton (Kenny) of Arkansas, Laurie Owens, Topeka of Kansas, Michelle Owens and Drummright of Oklahoma; and his brother Russell Owens. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandsons, sister.
