He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Oliver Massey, Sr. and Minnie Lorene Massey (Shirley); his siblings, Jerry Lee Massey, William Paul Massey, Grady Oliver Massey Jr. and Shelby Jean Ammons; and his son Paul Blackwood.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Massey; his children, Joe Massey (Sandy), Elizabeth Schoessel (Alan) and Jessica Massey (Clara); his grandchildren, Roy Massey (Briahnna), Samantha Palumbo (Evan), Paul, Noah, Serenity Massey, Andrew Schoessel and Austin Schoessel (Vanessa); his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Scott; his siblings, Gay Aycock, Sara Carlton and Robert Bryan Massey; and his aunt Frankie Creecy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family member and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Heart Hospital.
