She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Neil Bailey and Adeline James; her stepfather Luther James; her daughter Vicki Eaves; her brother Charles Neil Bailey; her stepson James Lavelle Rigdon of Elberton; and her close friend Chuck Carroll.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lavelle Rigdon; her children, Charla of Elberton, Eric Rousey of Elberton and Misty Blakemore of Elberton; her stepchildren, Mary Elizabeth Saxon, Lynn, Tony Collins, Joyce Ann Crawford of Elberton, Robbie and Carrie Millsted; and her children-in-law, Carolyn Rigdon of Elberton and Jeff Eaves of Elberton. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Flowers are accepted and contributions may be made in her memory to T.J. & Friends Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
