She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Chalk and Florence Chalk (Archer); her son Carl Lee; and her husband Luke. She is survived by: her children, Nancy, Luke Jr., Regenia and Thomas; and her grandchildren, Lee, Lucas, Rebekkah, Rachel, Nicole and Larry.
