We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2019, at the age of 93, Milburn G. Payne (Clinton, Arkansas), born in Bee Branch, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Jean Payne; his siblings, Grover Payne and Gerita Nutter; and his half-siblings, Howard Cossey, Doward Cossey and Lois Mae Cossey Watters.

He is survived by: his children, Malcolm Cambron (Melissa) of Culpepper and Ulann Gibbs (Ken) of Crabtree; his nieces, April Payne-Brock, Lila Seiler and Karen Eastom; and his nephew Michael Payne.
