She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Smith and Sallie Smith (Chastain); her husband Joe Lewis; her daughter Dinah Lewis Curry; her grandchildren, Zakary Michael Kline and Serena Plunkett Hagevik; and her siblings, Allen, Beulah, Willard, Kathryn, Hazel, Vancle, Wendell and Annie.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey, Rick Lewis (Sandy) and Sandra "Sam" Lewis Roberts (Don); her grandchildren, Kristin Lewis Thomas (Josh), Kayla Lewis, Carly Roberts Allen (Terence) and Camryn Roberts; her grandson-in-law Andre Hagevik (Melanie); her great grandchildren, Iselin Hagevik, Collins Thomas and Gray Thomas; and her sister Minnie Lee. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
