“I first met Martin 30+ years ago after I became employed with the Highway Pollice, (Lake Village) throughout our careers with the agency I had many opportunities to be around him. One of my fondest was during our deployment to the MS coast after hurricane Katrina devastated the area, He was always a jokester and kept us laughing constantly, making a bad situation bearable.
