She was predeceased by: her parents, Brannon Davis and Nancy Stark Davis; her husband D. Patrick Ellis; and her son George Eric Ellis. She is survived by: her siblings, Lovell Davis and Geneva Jauch; her children, John'Chip'Ellis, Phillip Ellis and Charity Vermeulen (Michael); and her grandchildren, John Ellis (Jill), Keely Kirkendoll (Tyler), Fiona, Luke, Maggie Vermeulen, Morgan Wilson (Dillon), Jesse Alvarado (Bailie) and Cally Krisell (Lucas). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
She was passionate in pursuing a greater good, from raising money for the American Cancer Society to local causes like Pennies from Heaven and Choctaw.
