She was predeceased by: her father Tom Collins; and her siblings, Coleman Collins, Laquita Adams and Jimmy Collins. She is survived by: her husband Earple Hendrix; her children, Tajuana Hendrix and Toby Hendrix (Brandy); her grandchildren, Clint Frye, Derek Frye, Briar Hendrix, Wade Bradford and Logan Bradford; and her siblings, Tommy Dean Collins, Terry Fisher and Doris Jean Ingram.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made in her honor to Ozark Health Foundation.
