He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lewis (Rhodes) and Alfred Eugene Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Lewis; and his children, Ramona Shaw, Mary Helen Barlow, Gerald Eugene Lewis and Kevin Lewis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
