He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Virginia Wingerd-Chandler and William Allen Charlton; and his wife Martha "Marty" Charlton. He is survived by: his sister Sheryl Chandler of Empire, CA; and his daughter Renee Charlton-Russell of Modesto, CA.. He is also survived by Grandchildren, and great children.
